Description

It’s A Beautiful Day is the stunning debut album by the Psych rock band from San Francisco. It was released in 1969 on Columbia Records and reached #47 on Top 200 Albums chart chart. Was in chart 70 weeks! Contains their signature tune the classic “ White Bird”. A beloved psych masterpiece, the disc remains as a timepiece and evidence how sophisticated the rock and roll had become in the fertile environs of the San Francisco Bay Area hippie culture. Extra crispy gatefold, 2 eye red Columbia label first press. This album is very difficult to find without noticeable ring wear to the cover. I’ve owned many copies and this is the cleanest cover I’ve ever had. Seriously.
