Description
First pressing of Jackie Lomax's "Sour Milk Sea" single released in August 1968 (Not to be confused with the 1971 reissue). The song "Sour Milk Sea" was written by George Harrison. This record was also produced by George Harrison.

Side B: The Eagle Laughs At You
This record was pressed at the Capital Records Scranton plant.
Apple Records first issued Jackie Lomax's "Sour Milk Sea" in August 1968 as Apple 1802. The results were disappointing, so Apple Records reissued the single in June 1971 as Apple 1834.
This first issue of Apple 1802 lists "Python Music Publishing" on both sides. This was corrected on later pressings that list "Apple Music Publishing."
On Side B of Apple 1802, George Harrison is erroneously listed as the author. This was corrected on later pressings to show that Jackie Lomax is the author.
This record has visible wear but is in very good plus condition. The Apple label is clean on both sides.
