Jacket
Jacket is in excellent condition.  No splits.  Front cover has some scuffs, record ring wear. Back cover has "AUDITION COPY" stamped across the top.

43 West 61st St., New York, NY 10023 at bottom of jacket.

Vinyl
Vinyl has been test played and sounds fantastic!  There is absolutely NO noise, no pops, no clicks.  There is a noticeable scratch on Side 1, track 1, but it does not affect play.  Wax is in excellent condition. 

Center label
White and blue label.  New York, USA.  Van Gelder etched in dead wax.
