This is an original mono pressing of the jazz LP: JACKIE MCLEAN "DESTINATION OUT!" (Blue Note / BLP 4165).
Featuring: Jackie McLean, Grachan Moncur III, Bobby Hutcherson, Larry Ridley and Roy Haynes.
Record appears to be in beautiful overall condition - very high sheen - with light scuffs and small superficial scuffs that cannot be felt, most of which are very hard to see unless you inspect it carefully.
Label address: Blue Note Records Inc New York USA (both sides).

BNLP 4165 B Van Gelder (ear)
Cover is in overall excellent condition - no split seams - no writing. Minor corner wear and small 1cm circle (coffee?).

Original Blue Note catalog inner sleeve - tearing - will also ship in a new white inner sleeve.
