- 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both Labels
- RVG is stamped in the run off grooves on both sides

RECORD CONDITION:  Side 1 is EXCELLENT+ / very close to Near Mint .... Most of Side 2 is Excellent+ to Near Mint / there is a small area towards the end of the song "I Love You" where there are several very lightly audible scuffs close together.  with the exception of these short scuffs, the rest of this record plays great 
- Labels show a very tiny hint of light wear, one short very light blue ink smudge on one side 

COVER CONDITION:  EXCELLENT+ / very close to NEAR MINT
- still has the original plastic wrap on it (Not Sealed)
- there is only some very light wear at the very tips of each corner 
- the front is also Laminated
