Jacket: Jacket is in nice VG to VG+ with no terrible flaws. Reverse has some darkening due to aging and storage conditions, the corners are worn at the tips, and there is a small bit of flaking on the lamination in a couple spots. There is some surface wear on both the front and reverse. No writing, stickers, splits, or other problems.
Vinyl: Vinyl is in overall pretty nice shape, with most of the original gloss remaining. Both sides have a few minor scratches, which produce some surface tics especially in the early going. This is particularly true of Side 1. On Side 1, the first portion of Track 1 (Quadrangle) is a bit noisy through the first minute, but then quiets down and plays nicely through the remainder of the side. Side 2 is cleaner, and plays very nicely throughout after a bit of very minor tics at the very beginning.
PLEASE NOTE: I have included sound clips of both sides from this actual record, so that you can hear the fidelity and decide whether the album plays up to your standards. The first sound clip contains the beginning (approximately the first minute) of each of the first three tracks of Side 1, with a 5-second pause between the tracks. The second sound clip contains the beginning of each of the three tracks on Side 2, again with a 5-second pause between the tracks. There are no skips, and as you can hear, the fidelity is very clean and crisp.
<< To listen to the sound clips, simply click on the Auction Player icons at the bottom of the page. The first one is for Side One, and the second is for Side Two. >>
