JACKIE SHANE “In My Tenement/Comin Down” R&B NORTHERN SOUL ~ listen to both tracks!
1963/Canada/Sue Records S 788….. here’s a rare original pressing of this great 2 sided cooker. The record is in VG condition with a few light marks/scuffs/scratches and some light play wear. Plays fine with only light noise, no skips, sticks or loud pops or clicks. The A side label has two number stickers while B side label is clean. The sound clips are recorded directly from the record being sold. A decent copy of this rare single. Please check my auctions for other singles and lp’s. Good luck and thanks for looking!

GRADING
MINT: I consider only New Unplayed or Sealed items.
NM or M- or Mint Minus is the same to me, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays clean. Same as per condition of the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.
EXCELLENT: still very collectable for most, visually and sonically clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain its original gloss and can have a few minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.
VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches. If I list a rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
