THIS IS A VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE AN EQUALLY RARE AND IMPORTANT FOLK ALBUM BY THE LATE
JACKSON C. FRANK

SLEEVE CONDITION.
The front of the sleeve is in VG+ condition. To go into more detail,there is a light ring mark, and also some laminate creasing at the bottom corners.The spine is fully intact with the spine print in excellent shape. The back of the sleeve has a few small stains(see pic), but no writings or sticker marks, and the print is essentially clean and readable.
VINYL CONDITION.
I would like to say that this is in mint condition, which it would be if we can excuse 2 small defects which I will describe in detail. On track 1 side 1, there is a momentary 'blip' after which play continues perfectly through to the end. I have examined the disc from all angles, and I can see no evidence as to what is causing this to happen, I am assuming a manufacturing error.On track 1 side2 , there is a visible mark, just 0.5cm long, this causes a momentary 'blip' as well, but again as side 1, play continues normally afterwards.
Otherwise, the disc retains it's original lustre, the labels are as new,no sign of spindle hole wear. Will grade at Excellent in view of the above, but as this one is such a rarity, and is so difficult to locate at all, even with this tiny blemish, this will enhance any folk collection. It will be a long while before another one shows up, so don't let it go.
