Description

JAMES BROWN - IN THE JUNGLE GROOVE: James Brown's 1986 compilation album In The Jungle Groove was unleashed just as The Godfather of Soul's rhythms were becoming the foundation of hip-hop and James himself was experiencing a career renaissance with “Living In America.” Comprised of unreleased tracks, alternate takes and remixes, the super-funky and hard-edged 9-track offering features the hippest sampled hits and extended DJ b-boy grooves, especially “Funky Drummer,” the most widely heard JB snippet in hip-hop and pop plus the unreleased “I Got To Move.”

Brand new, factory sealed - never opened or played. LP jacket shows one bent corner and small cut-mark across barcode on back.
