“Live It Up” is a killer funk song while “Counting Tear Drops” is a nice ballad. James K-Nine was thought to be a pseudonym for the late New Orleans artist Eddie Bo, who actually is the artist on the “Live It Up” side. However, it was recently confirmed by Larry Grogan that James was the actual singer of “Counting Tear Drops”.
