Description
The Janacek Quartet play three 'name' quartets by Haydn on this lovely Decca LP.
Record details: Decca SXL 6093. Stereo. Wide band grooved label, 1st pressing.
Works on disc: Quartet in E Flat Op. 33 No. 2 'Joke'; Quartet in F Op. 3 No. 5 'Serenade'; Quartet in D Minor Op. 76 No. 2 'Fifths'.
Date of issue: 1964.
Condition of disc: There are one or two very light marks on this disc but it is otherwise glossy and plays perfectly.
Condition of sleeve: Very good, still glossy. The inner sleeve - apart from one folded corner - is in excellent condition. The sleeve notes are by Erik Smith.
