Condition: Used/pre-owned 
Included: original blue marbled record, original outer sleeve, original inner sleeve, white inner sleeve that I added for the record, clear outer sleeve for protection
The outer and inner sleeves show quite a bit of wear and are pretty banged up (see photos). The outer sleeve has a couple of white stains/spots, a tear in the upper right corner, ring wear, creases/wrinkling, and edge wear. The integrity of the outer sleeve is still present though (the spine has wear but is still intact and there are no large seam splits). The inner sleeve has a large seam split on the bottom, a couple of small tears, ring wear, and lots of creases/wrinkling. I placed the LP in a new white inner sleeve so it won't be necessary to use the original sleeve in its current state. 
The record itself is in much better condition and it looks and sounds great. When I hold it up to the light I see some light blemishes that don't affect playback. I play tested both sides and I hear some surface noise (mostly evident in between tracks and during quieter passages). On the last track on the second side there was a light pop in the right channel for part of the song (but not the entire song). I've never experienced any issues with skipping, loud pops, etc. There's also a slight warp that didn't affect playback at all. 
I'm personally happy with how this record plays and sounds on my system, but for your peace of mind I accept returns so let me know if you have any problems and I'll be happy to help.
