Description
Rare original 1990 first pressing of Jawbreaker’s Unfun LP as pictured, with original lyric insert.
Has “FIRST I SEEN HIM THEN HE WASN’T THERE NO MORE” in matrix run-out, Side 1, and “I WAS HAULING ASS” in matrix run-out, Side 2, to identify this as a first pressing. Also, has JAWBREAKER in green and UNFUN in orange on cover for same distinction.

Side 2: Very strong VG++/borderline NM-
Lyric Insert Sheet: NM
Cover/Sleeve: VG+ (has out-of-print clipped corner, top right to cover; small area of minor residue (not sticky) where an old price sticker was removed at some point; minor small chipping/paper loss to spine of cover and top of cover as pictured; generic inner white sleeve as issued).
The vinyl is very clean overall and sounds fantastic. Some subtle noise is heard a few places of track 1 of Side 1, particularly in the quieter parts of the song, but does not detract, in my opinion, from the enjoyment of that song. Otherwise, I heard only some scattered and very brief subtle noise randomly in a few spots of the vinyl, mostly in the dead space in between songs. Definitely not enough to detract from the overall thrill of playing this record loud—again, it sounded great to me on three full play-throughs before listing today.
The LP cover overall is very nice minus the minor issues noted above. There are no creases noted to the cover and the original textured (non-glossy) cover is clean and smooth. The corner clip does identify this as an out-of-print release but due to rarity should not hinder the collectibility of this LP overall.
The lyric insert is almost perfect with just the center fold, as originally issued.
All my vinyl is both visually inspected under strong light and play-graded.
