Description
Rare and hard to find, here's a stunning original copy of this classic EP from JAY & THE AMERICANS featuring a great Northern favourite and their "LIVIN' WITH" compilation with "CARA MIA" and "SUNDAY AND ME" on side 1 and "SOME ENCHANTED EVENING" and the classic "LIVIN' ABOVE YOUR HEAD" on side 2. On the UK UNITED ARTISTS imprint # UEP 1017.
This disc plays superbly throughout with top audible quality and is best described as unquestionably Mint Minus with perfect vinyl and barely any hint of crackle on the lead-in and run-out groove. A stunning copy that would be hard to better. The labels are immaculate on both sides with virtually no evidence of any spindle marks (see picture scans). The 'B' side does carry an EMI "Factory Sample" sticker indicating that this was a Radio Station copy but that said, certainly missed any turntable play. The sleeve is almost perfect with just a file number written on the rear top left corner (see picture scan 2). A fabulous copy to grace any collection.
The current RRPG values a mint minus copy at £40 and a price close to that is anticipated for a disc of this quality.
