Description
After taking a year off from Ebay, I am returning to sell some items now that I have the time to devote that my customers deserve.
Up for auction is the 10 inch Jazz LP, "Elmo Hope Quintet with Frank Foster and Freeman Lee," Blue Note 5044, 1954, Mono.
The quintet is Elmo Hope on piano; Frank Foster, tenor sax; Freeman Lee, trumpet; Percy Heath, bass; Art Blakey, drums.
Titles: Crazy/Abdullah/Chips/Later for You/Low Tide/Maybe So
Label has 767 Lexington Ave NYC address. No copyright symbols anywhere. Trailoff has record numbers and -A or -B. "Ear" and "RVG" symbol on both trailoffs and "11-1" stacked.
Conservative grading. Visually inspected. Both sides have surface lines and sleeve scuffs. Still has a nice gloss. No deep scratches or even scratches that I can feel with a fingertip.
Slight wear around record hole. Deep groove label that has no marks, soiling or writing. Cover has tape on bottom seam, wear on all seams, but no splits, except for one on bottom that has the tape on it. Back of album has age discoloration and light soiling. Both front and back have record wear.
