Up for auction is the Jazz LP by Hank Mobley, "Dippin'" Blue Note Records, 4209, Mono. Label has New York, USA (but W. 61st on the back cover). "VAN GELDER" is stamped in the trailoff. Not so deep groove.

The lineup is: Lee Morgan, trumpet; Hank Mobley, tenor sax; Harold Mabern, Jr., piano; Larry Ridley, bass; Billy Higgins, drums.

• Ballin'

The record is in very good condition, going towards near mint. The labels are perfect and I see only one light surface line, which is on the last track of Side 1. The album cover is also in very good condition. There is some record wear on the front, mostly near the bottom. There is some corner wear and some creasing on the upper left corner. There are a couple of chips on the bottom edge. There is some light soiling on back.

Record has original Blue Note inner sleeve.

NOTE ON PACKING: Records are shipped out of sleeve. Both record and cover are bagged and bubble wrap is put between record cover and record and cardboard before being wrapped in cardboard record mailer. Extra cardboard or bubble wrap is used to protect corners. If you have a postal service that is particularly hard on packages, let me know. Since I ship worldwide, I realize that some packages might need a little extra padding or care.
