Description
Excellent and very hard to find, very sought after 45 by Jeany Reynolds (aka the sadly missed late great Jeannie Reynolds, sister of L.J. Reynolds).. Songs are "Down On Me" and "Please Don't Set Me Free". Original U.S. issue on Mainstream Records #718. Released in 1969, this is Jeannie's 1st release under the spelling Jeany. Condition is strong VG plays near VG+ on Down On Me side (music loud and clear just some light surface noise/static in couple spots, Flip is VG (7-) Great Northern Soul Crossover rarity, a big spin for Soul Sam, this fantastic rarity is currently fetching over 100 UK Pounds (= $200+ U.S. Dollars once you do the currency conversion) If you are not familiar with this 45 you can hear a soundclip from the soul club site

Grading Scale
10: Mint Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.
9: Mint- Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record.
8: Excellent (VG++) Condition between 7 and 9.
7: VG+ Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.
6: VG Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.
5: VG- A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.
4: G Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!
3-2-1: It only goes down from here.
