Description

Wel, Ah Say, Welcome to this auction.

Here are 7 by Jefferson Airplane/Starship including Japan pressing and most of their best!

Surrealistic Pillow, RCA RVC PG 102, audiophile Japanese pressing with insert, cover still in shrink NM, insert NM, vinyl NM. Most would call this mint, it's that good. Not a first press but the sound is terrific. Somebody to Love, White RabbitToday, My Best Friend, Plastic Fantastic Lover, lots more. Probably their best overall lp.

Jefferson Starship Gold, RCA Grunt RIM-1, Still sealed Japan lp with obi and insert. This came out shortly after Japan stopped pressing vinyl, and it's actually a US press. The obi and insert are OUTSIDE of the shrinkwrap. I've seen this listed as a Japan pressing. Don't believe it. Everything is MINT, includes the best of their later material.

Red Octopus, RCA Grunt BFL1 0999, US press of one of their biggest sellers, cover EX-, a bit of ringwear and light edgewear, custom inner sleeve EX, vinyl EX+. Miracles, Play on Love, There Will Be Love, Fast Buck Freddie, lots more.

Earth, RCA Grunt BXL1 2515, with custom inner sleeve and original cover sticker. Cover EX-,very little wear but creased upper right, custom inner EX, vinyl EX. Some marks on the first track of side A but plays through perfectly. Count on Me, Love Too Good, lots more.

No Protection, Black label RCA 6413-1-G, cover EX+, custom inner and vinyl EX+. The Hit Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now, It's Not Over Till It's Over, Babylon, I Don't Know Why, lots more.

.Grace Slick, Welcome to the Wrecking Ball, Black label RCA AQL1 3851, cover EX, name written on upper left corner, vinyl EX-. Check out the picture of Grace inside the gatefold. Worth having just for that!

Marty Balin- Balin, EMI America SO 17054, with custom inner sleeve, cover EX+ to NM, inner NM, vinyl EX++. He wrote most of the group's hits, and this lp is quite good. Hearts, Atlanta Lady, I Do Believe In You, Tell Me More, lots more.

They put out other lps, but the best is all here.

I specialize in Japanese pressings, Audiophile and Quadraphonic/4 Channel pressings. Mostly classic rock.

I've got too many LPs and at this point I need the space more than I need the vinyl. I've been a collector for over 40 years, so I know how to rate and ACCURATELY DESCRIBE an item. Standard grading. Visual unless condition is a question.

Mint - Perfect
Near Mint - Near perfect. I've seen descriptions that say near mint with minor scuffs or scratches. Hello??? If there are scuffs or scratches, it's NOT near mint!
Excellent - Normal LIGHT wear. An item that's been handled or played, but still an enjoyable listening experience.
Very Good - Noticeable wear, expect some surface noise.
Poor - A Frisbee. You won't see any of that here.

Buyer pays actual shipping, no hidden charges. All LPs vacuum cleaned before shipping. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
