This is a RARE ORIGINAL 1969 U.S. RCA VICTOR RECORDS PROMO ONLY 7" 33-1/3 RPM 4-TRACK EP TITLED 'JEFFERSON AIRPLANE STEREO REVIEW SAMPLER' PACKAGED IN AN ORIGINAL 1969 RCA VICTOR STOCK COMPANY SLEEVE containing four well-known tracks from San Francisco psychedelic rock pioneers Jefferson Airplane.  It is RCA Victor Records U.S. catalog number SPS-33-564, vinyl pressing.  This EP was only available by writing to Stereo Review magazine and requesting a copy, it was not available at retail in stores.

Tracks: 'Somebody To Love' / 'White Rabbit' / 'The Ballad Of You & Me & Pooneil' / 'Volunteers'.
