1975 original "Red Octopus" LP cover with back cover signed in black ink in the 1970s by Grace Slick, Paul Kantner, Johnny Barbata, Pete Sears, Craig Chaquico, and David Freiberg. No Marty Balin or Papa John Creach signatures.
No disc included.
Includes Rockaway Records Letter of Authenticity.
