Description
The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid. The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's. An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored. These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay. With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await. My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner. I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed. I hope you will find some items you've been wanting and can be part of, what I feel, is an historical find. All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Roulette deep groove flat edge MONO vinyl LP R 52010 - released 1958
NM vinyl retains original shine and gloss with a few superficial sleeve marks. No play or handling marks. No spindle marks on labels. Play test on NAD C555 turntable revealed mostly crisp, clear analogue sound with occasional inherent light surface. Given the condition quite likely the only time played. VG+ cover 1 1/2" seam split top right corner (see photo), edge wear lower right corner (see photo) and upper left corner, crease and stub upper right corner. Inspection stamp on rear.
