This record is both very hard to come by, and in amazing condition.  I've played the record, and I think its a shame that not many people have got to hear these songs, they're darn great.  I would say that you're unlikely to find a nicer one (which is true), but honestly, you're not all that likely to find another one anywhere.  Don't miss this opportunity to expand your collection!
