Description

Set of 3 home-made records with a recording of THE TIME MACHINE by H. G. Wells as broadcast on May 9, 1948 (dated on record). This adaptation starred Jeff Corey and was broadcast on CBS radio as part of the ESCAPE radio series. Likely made by Walt Daugherty. Overall VG condition with minor surface wear. There is some flaking of the laminate on the discs but not in the groove areas (the discs are a red laminate over a metal platter).

I am proud to be able to help out Jerry's family by selling part of his massive collection over the next few months (OK, that's not true. It will be over the next few years! There is SO much wonderful stuff). Those of you familiar with Jerry know that condition was very important to him, as was having SIGNED books, so look for lots of high grade material in my auctions for the forseeable future.
