Description
This is a fine copy from the first (1992) reissue of a late '60s acetate by New Zealand-born guitarist and songwriter Jesse Harper. Harper is best known among collectors for his association with fellow Kiwi group the Human Instinct. This LP contains his own versions of several songs that appeared on the latter group's first two LPs, as well as some other tracks. The recordings were made in London probably in 1969 (this reissue indicates "circa 1968," but a CD reissue from nine years later on the same label asserts 1969). The jacket is close to M- with some light creasing (EX+). The disc has some light scuffing, and plays with some light surface noise, at least much of which is likely from the acetate that was the source for this pressing (EX).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted.
