Item Description Artist: Marc Winokur
Title: Jesus Christ Super Stoned
Record Label: Revolution Records
Cat. #: RR 001
Condition:

COVER: VG+ The cover is in very sound condition. The edges of the cover are starting to yellow. VERY slight wear to the back of the cover, not consistent with full ring wear.. just starting. Very small, and clean one inch split on bottom edge of the cover. The cover has a wonderful silk screened Star of David over the cross on the front cover.

RECORD: EX. Record has no visual scratches or scuffs. Playback has some slight surface noise, however this will probably clean up significantlly with a good cleaning with a record cleaning machine. Label is in perfect condition with no stains, rips, or spindle marks.

You are bidding on one of the most rare and sought after Folk Psych records of the 70s. This is the first copy that I've seen in my many years of collecting. I hate having to part with it, but I'm buying a house and I need money for the down payment! One website describes this record as "crude loner folk basement strangeness" and another website describes this record as "Druggy guitar folk with crazed lyrics." I don't know how exactly to describe it myself.. but it's VERY bizarre.
