Description

This listing is for a rare test press lp for jethro tull's a passion play.. I don't know anything about jethro tull but after some research on this it seems odd that this is test pressed by columbia records.. This looks like it was originally released by chrysalis. As far as the content goes side one starts out with a track with no vocals at all. the 2nd track looks to be the silver cord going by the lyrics, and so on. Most of the track listings online for this album has a song with lyrics first and the silver cord is the 3rd track on the album...  side 2 starts with The Story Of the Hare Who Lost His Spectacles ... matrix engravings are (side 1)  chr1040 31572-dj2  1b (side 2)  chr1040 31573-dj-2 1b comes in a plain white sleeve, see pic.. has a bit of writing on it.

any questions please ask...

Vinyl is in pretty good shape. Slightly dusty. and just a few very thin hairline scratches, which dont skip. there are some lighter crackles/pops.

Good luck!

and again any questions, ask.
