Description
Jethro Tull "A Passion Play" LP, original 1973 US Chrysalis CHR1040 with gatefold jacket and program booklet. I purchased this record in 1973 and it is from my personal collection. It is not a reissue.
The vinyl is in "NM" condition and the labels have no spindle wear; it has been stored in a poly lined paper sleeve since purchase. The gatefold jacket includes the program booklet and is in "EX+" condition with only the faintest ringwear on the bottom of the front and rear cover; a small wrinkle is present on the lower left corner on the rear gatefold (see photos).
I tend to grade conservatively and grading is based on the following criteria:
“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.
“M” Mint - a near perfect or unplayed record.
“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.
“EX+” close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.
“EX” a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
“VG+” There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
