Description
From 1981, comes Jethro Tull with their LP Aqualung on Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs MFSL1061 test press. Both the A and B sides are the number 5 stamper. These stampers were not used on the commercially released MFSL Aqualung. This pressing plays all the way through with no "drop outs" while the commercially released MFSL of this album has several miniscule "drop outs". A "drop out" is when a miniscule portion of the song is gone for a tenth of a second and then it comes back. This is a rare test press and states the same on the label (see pic). Issued in a plain white cover with a 1" by 2.5" sticker reading,"Sample record - not for sale - record number MFSL1061 A5B5".
A name is whited out on the cover and below that, it reads Jethro Tull - Aqualung.
Cover is VG++ and record is MINT MINUS!!!
