PLEASE READ THIS
regarding grading
I am trying to put myself in your position. I try to compare it like this. If you went to a record fair and looked at an LP that was offered for sale, you would grade it with your eyes. If you could not see any marks on it you would think, (Excellent or VG+) "this is OK and I will buy it " That is what I do with the items that I list. If it is particularly rare, then I will probably PLAY IT TO GRADE IT. I have done so in this case. IT PLAYS VERY VERY WELL. It is not silent as it plays, and any noise is minimal and in between tracks, but it is most positively within the grading guides. Most of the gradings are done visually. If you are looking for a MINT GRADING, I do not do them, unless the item was sealed. As most people know practically nothing was in the 60's or 70's.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Before you read the information below I would like to say that I offer a full Money Back Guarantee . Please look at the photographs below. They are very close and " in focus". A lot of the pictures that are on ebay are out of focus ?. Thanks and good luck if bidding.
1970 UK second issue 10 track vinyl LP on THICK (as a brick only kidding) VINYL with Textured green Chrysalis labels. This LP comes in a matt finish pinched spine sleeve (picture No 3 below). This was one of only two issues of this album to carry the Island catalogue number and the 'i' on the green label, and was released before the pink rim Island label press. The sleeve is in great shape, with a tiny flaw edgewear (you can see it in the 1st photo below on the bottom edge below the E & F of benefit. approx 15 mm), and 1 light bit of ring wear on the rear. The labels are are very clean with "Rough texture"
Cat No ILPS9123
Matrix Numbers are A2 & B1
THE LABELS LOOK UNTOUCHED
THE LIGHT MAY BE REFLECTING A LITTLE BIT IN THE CLOSE UP PHOTOS

GRADING GUIDE
Ex = Excellent: Shows some signs of being played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents might have light wear and/or creasing.
VG ++ = Better than Very good Not quite excellent, but very close to it, only wispy marks and very little lessening in sound. Cover will be in great shape and in sound condition.
VG+ = Better than Very Good: Obviously been played but no significant deterioration in sound quality despite light surface marks. Very little wear and tear on cover and contents, without any major defects.
VG = Very Good: Obviously been played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on cover or contents, without any major defects.
Gd+ = Better than Good: Sound quality has deteriorated but with no distortion. Light scratches and occasional mild scratch. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges but not spine splits or discoloration.
Gd = Good: Sound quality has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion. Mild scratches. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.
