Description
A great opportunity to buy a RARE VINYL LP from the 60's by Jethro Tull called "Stand Up".
This is an ORIGINAL U.K. pressing released in 1969 on the early Island design (rough textured) label (ILPS 9103). It has a total of 10 tracks (see photos for track listings).
The matrix numbers are:- ILPS 9103 A (side 1) and ILPS 9103 B (side 2).
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny VERY GOOD condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there are some minor surface marks noticeable, but nothing serious and they do not appear to affect the sound quality. I have played the whole of both sides and they play fine and sound great.
The labels are clean and free from any writing, marks or major defects.
The record is perfectly flat and has no warps of any description.
The record is housed within a plain white die-cut inner sleeve in an EXCELLENT condition, though a little faded through age.
The unlaminated gatefold picture cover is in a VERY GOOD condition. There is some minor shelf wear along the edges and spine, but the text on the spine is still legible (see photos). The back is cream in colour and has some faint handling marks, otherwise has remained fairly clean. Inside the gatefold, the pop-up figures are intact and like the rest of the inside, are undamaged and clean (see photos).
The pictures shown are of the actual item.
