Well respected songwriter / musician / producer / studio owner best known as the man who recorded the Indiana group Anonymous in his Milwaukee, Wisconsin studio in 1976. His own records are also rare, and good in a straight electric / acoustic folk / psych direction. He recorded a third album in 1976 as Major Arcana. Sadly, Spencer died in the eighties which was a great loss to the local scene. It's obvious by the large number of musicians on his records that he was a magnet for Milwaukee talent. ~ (Clark Faville)
