Record is clean and shiny. Visually it has a few light marks which do not sound and one small mark which plays through fine but with 6 light dull clicks at the start of Third Stone From The Sun (possibly a small burn mark). There is a very minor edge warp which produces a little background noise on the intro to each side but it is not particularly disturbing. Other than this, the sound is VG+ or better to my ears, some light static in places but nothing else of major significance. No skips or jumps. It is an original copy my favourite album of all time and one that changed my life so I listened to every minute of it to test it and it was as enjoyable as ever. Visually it isn't quite VG but the deep grooves and loud music help compensate and it is even fairly quiet between the tracks.Labels show signs of plenty of use but have no no writing or tears. They are the silver/black track variety that look textured but are smooth to the touch. Front laminated single sleeve made by E.J.Day has no writing, tears or splits. There are the usual laminate bends but nothing nasty, no tears, writing or splits. Rear of the sleeve is clean again with no writing or tears. I'd grade it VERY GOOD+(+) overall and I think it's better than many you would find. Spine is strong with no splits but as is often the case the writing is no longer visible.

A groundbreaking album when it was first issued in 1967 and in my view it has never been topped by anyone. Very earliest matrix numbers and stampers. I have seen so many copies that go for high prices having higher stamper numbers. Low start price but please note that I will have to charge shipping costs for parcels valued over £25 to include tracked postage.
