A .Side is in EX- condition
B. Side is in EX near EX+ condition.
Laminated gatefold sleeve is in EX condition - Crisp and flat with very little wear and nice spine.
The record is in very nice clean condition side . has a couple of light surface marks, but if it did not have these marks i would have graded it EX near EX+.
