Description
Please ensure you have read and understood this item description before you bid, especially regarding the condition of sleeve and inner sleeve (below).
Also please note that I use 'comic book' style gradings for all my sales; gradings may not be familiar to Record collectors. VG is a relatively low grade, see item description for details (and check out specialist comic traders' sites for grade definitions, if you are not sure).
Track Records 1967 Track 612003 Original or Very Early Reissue of Axis Bold As Love, by the Jimi Hendrix Experience.
Featuring Noel Redding, Mitch Mitchell, and of course The Man himself, Jimi Hendrix.
I believe this to be the original 1967 issue of this record. It features glossy Full Gatefold sleeve, Track Records black Label, and full lyric sheet (see scan), and therefore must be early. Also note Matrix Nos. 612003 A - 1 and 612003 B - 1 (note the '-'s in those numbers represent inverted diamond shapes on the vinyl). However since I am not an expert in these matters I Will Not Guarantee that this is the original issue: please view scans and bid accordingly.

Presented in Fine condition, in a VG sleeve. The vinyl is in nice visual condition with just one visual flaw to end of track 7, side 1; however this is not audible on my (basic) equipment. Otherwise just a few minor finger marks. Plain white inner sleeve shows some browning. Fold Out Lyric Sheet shows minor creasing to both faces and minor bumping to the fold edge and corners, but is clean and free of tears. Glossy Full Gatefold outer sleeve is in VG condition Only. There are bumps to all corners with heavy bumps to bottom corners, and heavy scraping to the top 3" of the spine with destruction of the glossy surface and an incipient tear at top edge. There are also a few creases to top and bottom edges front and back. A previous owner has inscribed their name ('Jude') in 3/4" grey 'psychedelic' lettering on the right-hand inner surface of the gatefold.
