JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE 'ARE YOU EXPERIENCED' 1967 MONO 1st UK PRESSING.

Matrix Nos: 612001 A 1 1 1 4 / 612001 B 1 1 1. The original sleeve is laminated on the front. It was printed and made in England by Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd, London with ‘Patent Pending’ text next to this imprint.

Vinyl Condition:- Visually NEAR EX but sound quality is EX+. From the labels this record has been played a few times as you can see from the photos below but there is no trackwear, distortion or crackles at all. On the entire album there are just three clicks, thats it. The rest is lovely clear MONO sound quality. There is one non-audible hairline mark on Side Two and a very minor edge warp but this is very mild and gentle and you can barely see it effect the tone arm level at all. This record has been fully test played on Garrard 501 prototype, Rogers E40a valve amp and Quad ESL 57 Electrostatics to pick out maximum detail in the pressing.

Sleeve Condition:- NEAR EX Some half moon creases and feathering on the edge in the laminate. The laminate still retains excellent shine. On the back theres some very mild partial ringwear and mild rubbing at the top. None of this is particularly severe. The spine text is still just about readable although now a little faint but this a razor thin spine so never easy to read anyway.

Label Condition:- VG+

This record seldom comes up for sale and sounds so good. Don't miss your chance!

I always reduce postage on multiple items. Each additional item will only be charged 50% the original postage cost worldwide. Check out my other rare vinyls!

Grading Abbreviations

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
