This is the Mega Rare `Mono` UK Pressing on the `Textured` Black/Silver` Track Labels in Laminated `E.J.Day` Gatefold sleeve with flipbacks on inner - Matrix/Runout Groove - 612003 A1 /612003 B1

Rarity - Absolutely! Only the first issues had the Black `Textured` Track labels they were later replaced with the smooth version, also the very first sleeves were laminated on the front and back with matt interior and had a very distinctive flipback fold over inside the gatefold (like the Sgt Pepper sleeve) with `printed and made by `Ernest.J.Day & co Ltd. London` printed on the flap, clearly a sixties design - this copy needless to say fills this criteria!!!!

Vinyl - `Quite Thick` vinyl as you would expect on an early pressing!! Plays FAB, theres just something very special about the clarity and dynamics of these early pressings whether its the compression techniques used or the quality of vinyl I don`t know but the music just seems to be so much more powerful to my ears!! visually under bright spotlight scrutiny there are just light sleeve removal scuffs, No feelable scratches! a real Nice Copy!! 

Labels - UNDAMAGED & CLEAN Labels - showing mild spindle wear - record has had play but not been overplayed at all!!  - `Made in GT Britain` rim credits - comes with original polylined inner sleeve!

Sleeve - Original Laminated `E.J.Day` Gatefold Sleeve, Top Spine, NO Bad Edge Wear, NO Bad Ring Wear, some very light feathering to opening, Amazingly the interior of the gatefold is in mint condition with no damage at all to the four flipback fold overs, A Beautiful Copy !! - NO Graffiti/NO Sticky Label Problems etc !! 

Musically - His second UK release right at peak of flower power this was probably Jimi`s most Psychedelic album with some weird twists and turns and that incredible guitar sound, just sit back and be transported to the amazing 60`s and swinging London....Far Out Ma...aan!!!

Just a note on Grading - I always play grade my records right through and unless stated they do not jump, skip or stick when played!!! I always view the vinyl under a very bright halogen spotlight!!! Why? because although I have excellent vision when viewed under a normal light or even worse a fluorescent tube (most shops have these) the vinyl will not show up how marked it truly is - some view records in daylight but this has to be done in direct sunlight to see the hidden marks - I do this so that I can give the full picture and should please even the most `critical` of collectors. Also I photograph the WHOLE of the cover (I don't cut off the corners or edge) so you can see as close as possible what you will receive!!

Postage/packing: I use new professional record mailers with several cardboard stiffeners to protect the cover - the record will be placed in a NEW clean inner sleeve, removed from the record cover (saves ringwear/pushing through seams) and together with original old inner placed in a NEW pvc outer sleeve - I also include recorded delivery as standard in the overall cost in the UK (70p) it covers up to £36 in case of loss - it will be optional for international packages (as it is more expensive) but still advisable! - please note complete postage charges (below) before bidding!

Payment - I am quite patient but if I have waited a couple of weeks for money and sent reminders unless there is a good reason I will claim back my fees and give a nonpaying bidder strike - I don't charge for Paypal!

Grading's

Mint : The record itself is brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EX : The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

VG : The record has obviously been played, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

plus + : slightly better than grade

minus - : slightly under grade
