On offer another RARITY by JIMI HENDRIX the LP titled “AXIS BOLD AS LOVE” and this is the MEGA RARE AND HARD TO FIND ORIGINAL 1st FRENCH Pressing on the RARE BARCLAY label with a different cover to the rest of the world!

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL FRENCH PRESSING WITH THE ULTRA RARE STUDIO COVER PHOTO BY JEAN PIERRE LELOIR.  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND

The ULTRA RARE laminated Cover with photo by Jean Pierre Leloir is in good condition only and has been protected with sello tape. The back sleeve is free from graffitti.

The vinyl has been played a lot and is visually in good condition only. Please read below a description of grades.  

The orange Barclay labels are in very good to excellent condition without any writting.

Guide to grades used

Mint                      

Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage

Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible

Near Mint              

Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.

Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve

Excellent                

Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.

Disc- The record has been played and will have some superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.

Very good              

Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.

Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional light scratches and paper scuffs.

Good                      

Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.

Disc - The record looks very well played and the sound quality has probably deteriorated noticeably. A lot of surface marks/scratches. Usually used as collection filler

Please note that, whilst it it comparatively rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post , my part of the transaction contract is legally completed as soon as the item is in the hands of the Post Office. Whilst I am happy to provide help and advice, all such claims remain the responsibility of and must be made by the buyer.

If the bidding exceeds £46, in the UK the item will be ONLY sent insured by special recorded next day guaranteed delivery post (insured up to a value of £500) at a cost of £7.5. The above P&P quoted is for UK only and the same principal on insurance will apply to international bidders who will need to pay £5.7 insurance in addition to the p&p.
