On offer here is a VERY rare Double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Jimi Hendrix Experience called "Electric Ladyland" and is an ORIGINAL 1973 UK Polydor 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Polydor labels!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF JIMI HENDRIX'S RAREST LPs EVER AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP DATES FROM THE EARLY 1970s (GUIDE BOOKS PLACE THIS PRESSING AT 1973) - WHICH FOLLOWED STRAIGHT AFTER THE TRACK PRESSINGS OF THE LATE 1960s!!!!  AND ALTHOUGH THIS DOUBLE LP WAS MADE 5 YEARS AFTER RELEASE (THOUGH IT IS STILL A VERY VERY EARLY PRESSING INDEED, AND OF THE UTMOST RARITY!) - IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS AMAZING CONDITION (WITH INCREDIBLE AUDIO TO MATCH!) TODAY!!!!

THIS DOUBLE LP ALSO HAS THE INFAMOUS 'NUDE' COVER FRONT PICTURE, WHICH WAS BANNED IN MANY UK RECORD SHOPS AT THE TIME (AND ALSO BANNED IN MANY OTHER COUNTRIES ASWELL!)!!!!  AND NOW TAKING PICTURES OF THE FRONT PICTURE HAS ALSO BEEN BANNED BY EBAY - WHICH IS WHY I CANNOT SHOW A FULL PICTURE OF THE COVER FRONT!!!!  SO IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHY THERE IS NO FRONT COVER PICTURE - THATS THE REASON!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CONDITION - AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL (ONLY ONCE OR TWICE AT THE VERY MOST!) - AND IS EASILY THE BEST CONDITIONED EXAMPLE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  AND THOUGH NORMALLY THIS POLYDOR 1ST PRESSING MAY NOT BE QUITE AS RARE AS THE 1960s TRACK PRESSINGS OF THIS DOUBLE LP - ONE IN THIS AMAZING CONDITION MOST CERTAINLY IS!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1973 UK POLYDOR 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS POLYDOR LABELS, 1ST PRESS MATCHING INNER SLEEVES, AND 1ST PRESS 'HOWARDS PRINTERS' FULLY LAMINATED 'WIDE SPINE' GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!   This is the ORIGINAL Polydor UK 1st Pressing from 1973 and is in AWESOME condition!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 2657 012 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Polydor Labels (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels to BOTH records are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT BOTH RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in AWESOME condition!!!!  Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOK AMAZING!!!!  It is also great to find that BOTH records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The records must grade MINT(Minus)!!!!  WHAT AN AMAZING SET OF RECORDS!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st  Press 'Matching' inner sleeves which are both in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Howards Printers' FULLY Laminated 'Wide Spine' Gatefold Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear (PERFECT flat & straight edges!), NO spinal wear (PERFECT vertical straight FULLY Laminated spine!), barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (virtually ZERO - and AWESOME square shape to ALL corners!), barely ANY creases AT ALL (virtually ZERO - and cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), STUNNING shiny 'mirror-like' laminate, only an absolutely MEGA thin trace of laminate lifting along the VERY top edge ONLY, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL (virtually ZERO!)!!!!  Even the laminated inside of the cover is in AWESOME condition with NO wear, NO grubbyness, NO writing, and NO yellowing!!!!  There is also a strange manufacturers imprint on the cover back (IMPRINT ONLY - and NOT actual text!) which says 'Limited Edition Box Set' - though this is only the very VERY faintest imprint (only visible under light - and the cover is PERFECTLY black in colour here!) and has NO Gold text, so clearly this Double LP was never used for that purpose and sold normally.  Even so this EXTREMELY rare detail must make this Double LP even rarer still!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent++++ if not better - and is an AMAZING example!!!!  AWESOME COVER!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
