You are bidding on an absolutely stunning ORIGINAL 1968 UK Track 1st Pressing of the classic 'Smash Hits' by Jimi Hendrix!!!
What makes this record so special is its outstanding vinyl condition -
The vinyl is simply pristine: a straight Nr Mint!!!
It looks brand new - impossible for this record!!!
It is the Original 1968 UK Track Record 1st PRESSING (not to be confused with the later and much more common Polydor re-issue) on 1st press Track Record labels with the very cool Dezo Hoffman Laminated Sleeve
, manufactured by MacNeill Press here in London. Of course it comes complete with its original 'Made in England' and 'UK Patent No.' poly-lined windowed inner sleeve which is also in superb condition!!!
This is the best example of this rare album you will probably ever see - so don't miss this opportunity!!!
The cool super thick and chunky vinyl is in visually and aurally stunning condition and shines with a 'just pressed' look and feel, it really looks as if this record came off the press yesterday!!!

The Classic Black/Silver 1st Pressing Track Record centre labels are in stunning Near Mint condition with NO Tears, NO Peeling, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind!!!
There are just some one or two of the lightest spindle lines. The gramophone rims containing the all important 1st press matrix's are also mint!!!
The 1st press MacNeill 'Track Logo' sleeve (all later pressings have the red Polydor logo in the bottom right corner), is in superb condition.
On the rare occasions that these sleeves turn up nowadays, they are totally worn out-looking with severe corner & edge wear, stains and terrible ring wear (especially to the unlaminated back).
Suffice to say these rare sleeves have not remained in prime condition over the years.
This one however is in SUPERB shape!!! The laminate is super clear and glossy, allowing all the bold and vibrant colours from Dezo Hoffman's classic image to really come through. The unlaminmated reverse side has NONE of the common yellowing to the white border. This very rare sleeve easily grades as Excellent+!!! in every way at the very least and is in no way over-graded!!!
My Uncle had the best rock collection ever... I will list it over the next 14 days.. You will never see a collection like this ever again on ebay!!
