This deluxe four-LP box set of this great compilation was previously only available as a two-CD set. It includes four studio sides and four live sides along with a 12-page, 12" X 12" colour booklet filled with pictures and an essay by Kurt Loder.
This issue was compiled from the original analogue masters and mastered and cut by Bernie Grundman on Classic's "all tube" stereo cutting system and pressed on 140 gram RED vinyl.
Quiex SV-P - High quality analogue mastering from the original master tapes
This is a 140 gram high-quality and super quiet LP pressing from Classic Records as part of their 'Quiex-SVP' series. In contrast to many CD and LP releases that are mastered from fifth or sixth generation copies, Classic used the original master tapes and cut the album using their all analogue and tube amplified mastering process; allowing every conceivable detail and nuance from the original recording to be translated to this pressing.
