================================================================================================================================================
I've not had this LP for 45 years, but my wife has.
I have just played this LP on my “Project Pro” deck. & It played well, there are just a few light playing sounds the only real click is right on the end of side 1,I think it clicks 3 times (that’s 3 revolutions). Sadly my wife has never been as precious with records as I am!!
There are some scuffs and marks on both sides, BUT it plays without sticks or jumps, but! when I played it on my 1960s Dansette it really came to life, “that sounded perfect”
The Cover is the laminated one made by E J Day & Co, it has some creases on the front and some discolouring and ringing on the back, I think some years ago selotape was used top and bottom on the rear only.
The only tear is about ¼” in the middle of the front opening, there are no other tears or splits.
The record labels and inner sleeve are all excellent, just a few spindle marks.
It is a 1967 First issue of-
Jimi Hendrix
