This record is also a spectacular two-sider. The B side is a superb Deep Soul ballad! Check out the sound bytes (recorded from the actual record itself)! This is one of those records that upon casual inspection looks like it could be new and unplayed. A powerful lamp reveals that it only comes very close to such mintiness! The record visually and play grades in strong VG++ condition with strict grading. Labels are slick mint and like new. The record is made of vinyl (not styrene). This record comes with the super rare Century City sleeve from the late 60's! The sleeve, however, has some splitting on one side and the top edge has some wear (See image below). Still, just having it is a separate rarity in itself. The record will be placed in a separate thick new buff colored sleeve to protect the company sleeve from further damage. Don't let this rare gem pass you by! The record was play graded on an audiophile system employing Basis Ovation, Graham Industries, Transfiguration, Sound Applications, and Jeff Rowland componentry.
