- Titles are 'Stomp It Off’ b/w ‘My Blue Heaven’. The record is autographed on one side and comes from a small collection of autpgraphed records. From what I can tell by comparing with other examples of his signature, this is a genuine autograph.

- The record is in V++ condition.
- The labels are very slightly marked.
