I am not well versed in the grading system of records and the sleeves but the records are clean and sound great. The cover is in good used condition and shows some signs of wear on edges and corners. Poster is in good condition with rips



Up for sale is a fantastic double LP vinyl record by the legendary Jimmy Buffett, titled "YOU HAD TO BE THERE." This live album was released in 1978 and features some of Buffett's most iconic songs performed live, including "Margaritaville" and "Come Monday." The record is housed in a cardboard sleeve with a poster included. The vinyl is in very good plus (VG+) condition, and the sleeve is in very good (VG) condition.
