Summer Brings the Sunshine, Winter Brings the Snow               US   BOC LPS-2002

Very rare US album you'll have seen in the "Record Collector Dreams" book where it's described as "folk-Psychedelic/rock", and that misses out the beautiful deep rural vibe --way into the deep pine woods with fantastic warm sound and real strong songs. Mixed male and female singing , superb electric and acoustic guitars, killer stuff.  Heard the wideopen sound here described as midway between the New Tweedy Bros and Cambridge/Share a Song , if that helps. Magical stuff for a late summer evening out under the stars with a pipe . Well, it is great heartfelt music, it rarely turns up , and here's a NM copy in the shrink !
