JIMMY CLIFF - Miss Jamaica / Gold Digger (Island WI-016) - 7" - 1962
Decent original pressing of this Island 7" featuring Jimmy Cliff's Miss Jamaica backed by Gold Digger. There are plenty of light and some lightish surface marks, plenty of fine, light hairlines and some light scratches and scuffs - nothing serious - see descriptions below. Both sides actually play a lot better than they look!!
A-side: A little crackly during the first few seconds, thereafter there are just very small, some small and very occasional smallish pops and clicks. Grade - VG improving quickly to VG++
B-side: There are just very small, some small and occasional smallish pops and clicks. Grade - VG/VG+ improving to VG++
Labels: There is writing and some vintage masking tape on both labels - plus a fair-sized patch of Tipp-Ex on the A-side label (see scan).
