Two good tracks on this sole U.K. release from American rocker Jimmy Gavin. Great up tempo A side. Record has been well enjoyed and has a number of fairly light surface marks to the vinyl. However none are deep and apart from some background [mainly to the slower and quieter B side], plays well throughout with bright and undistorted sound. The A side label is in good condition with no marks or inscriptions. Light rubbing to top of London logo otherwise lettering is still bright. The B side has small biro inscription plus heavier rubbing to the London logo, both clearly visible in the second photo. Original tri centre issue with all three anchor points firmly attached. Graded as VG. Supplied in original London sleeve. Rare item and although not in top condition still a highly desirable item.

We always use quality record mailers with double card inserts or where applicable cartons. Where applicable [EPs / Picture Sleeves] records are always removed from outer sleeve to prevent damage to sleeve in transit by shaking.

WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL CASES RECENTLY WHERE PAYPAL AND EBAY ADDRESSES DIFFER. IN ADDITION  ITEMS HAVE BEEN RETURNED WHERE A TOTALLY INCORRECT ADDRESS HAS BEEN SUPPLIED. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PARTICULARS ARE UP TO DATE AND CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS IS GIVEN WHEN MAKING PAYMENT. THE EXTRA COSTS INCURRED WHEN RE-POSTING WILL NOT BE ABSORBED AND ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WILL HAVE TO BE MADE TO COVER THESE COSTS.

RETURNS: We always try to describe items honestly and accurately. However if you feel that an item differs substantially from this description, please advise us as soon as possible after receipt. Returns will be accepted within fourteen days from receipt and must be returned in original or similar packaging. Refunds will be sent via Paypal or U.K. Sterling cheque depending on your original method of payment. Under no circumstances do we use any other method of refund.

Ebay have now changed the feedback procedure making it impossible for sellers to leave anything other than positive feedback whilst leaving buyers at liberty to leave feedback, fair or otherwise as they please. At a stroke Ebay have created what appears to be a buying environment of 100% perfect buyers. It is patently obvious that this does not reflect the reality. There is a very small, but now increasing minority of buyers who never communicate and leave payment to the last possible moment. In addition they rarely leave feedback for the seller. Despite the posting of ebay non payer alerts, so long as payment is eventually made, these people can continue to operate in this manner without fear of any penalties being imposed by Ebay or of possible neutral /negative feedback from the seller. This is totally unbalanced and makes a nonsense of the feedback system so far as the seller is concerned. It is equally important that sellers can identify time wasting and unreliable buyers as well as buyers being able to identify unprofessional & misleading conduct on the part of sellers. In response Firebird Records will now make the following buyer requirements:

PRIVATE FEEDBACK: SINCE Ebay HAVE CHANGED THEIR FEEDBACK PROCEDURE WE HAVE ALSO NOTICED AN INCREASING INCIDENCE OF BIDDERS WHO SEEM TO HAVE GOOD REASON TO KEEP THEIR FEEDBACK HIDDEN. WE CAN SEE NO SENSIBLE REASON WHY ANY RESPONSIBLE MEMBER WOULD WISH TO HIDE GOOD FEEDBACK. UNLESS A CONVINCING REASON CAN BE GIVEN FOR HIDING FEEDBACK BEFORE BIDDING WE WILL REJECT ALL BIDS FROM SUCH MEMBERS.
