Description
Here is a scarce killer rockabilly 45 gem “2-sider” featuring JIMMY LLOYD on the ROULETTE label from 1958.
Titles are “I Got A Rocket In My Pocket” and “You’re Gone Baby.”
Label is white with black print. Catalog number is R-4062.
Guaranteed to be authentic and original. I do not sell bootlegs or modern reissues.
Record is in excellent shape, plays awesome. Both sides display full original gloss. The record has had a very small number of playings. The “You’re Gone Baby” side grades nice VG++ with only a few slight surface scuffs (not audible). The “Rocket In My Pocket” side grades a bit lower due to a couple minor scrape marks that are cosmetic. There is one small brief hairline midway through the tune that produces 3 or 4 audible tics, nothing more, otherwise the side also plays beautifully. The fidelity on both sides is clean and awesome, as you can hear in the accompanying sound clips. I am certain the winning bidder will be very pleased with this great sounding copy of this essential rockabilly disc.
