Description

An original pressing of the A album by Jimmy Raney on Prestige (PRLP 7089).

The yellow and black label reads: "Prestige Records Inc. 446 W. 50th St. N.Y.C." "RVG" is hand-etched in the trail off. The matrix reads: "PRLP-7089." There is a red "JAZZ" stamp on the b-side label.

The cover has some shelf wear. On the front cover there is a stain down the first 4-5 inches of the open edge (this is mirrored on the back cover). The back cover has some scuffing and discoloration. There are two other spots on the back cover (both in the top right corner -- one looks like a drop of water, the other where a label might have been removed). There is also a red "JAZZ" stamp back cover. All four corners are dinged and the seams all have some wear. The two right corners are split about a half-inch.

The vinyl is VG+ (8 out of 10, great looking record with only a small mark or two, a bit of dust). This LP comes from a non-smoking home. The record you see in the picture is the record you will receive.
