ARTIST: Jimmy Smith
TITLE: Live! Root Down (1972)
LABEL: Verve (V6 8806)
CONDITION (LP/Sleeve):(NM-/NM-) Looks close to mint with a few blemishes from being stored and untouched since the the first owner bought it in the 70's. Plays solidly NM. The sleeve is also in excellent condition with a slight bit of top edge paper wear and the slightest beginnings of ringwear visible when held at an angle in the light.
OTHER: Nice archival copy of original US press from '72. High energy pivotal performance for Jimmy and his band recorded February 8th 1972 in Los Angeles, California.
